Actually, I ended up going to the root /library/DropboxHelperTools and just changed this folder name to "DropboxHelperTools NOT IN USE", just to be able to activate it back (renaming it) if something goes wrong. Restart the Finder by Apple logo\Force Quit\Relaunch is a must.
